We are recruiting a B2B Key Account Manager , reporting to the Sales Director, to develop the Latin American/Italian/ Other European markets.

You will be working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, requiring anticipation, efficiency and strong commitment.

Your mission

You will play a strategic role in our business development. You will manage a key portfolio already representing over €2 million in revenue, with strong growth potential in international markets. Your mission is to build lasting, proactive, and solid relationships with our partners, while developing new business opportunities.

Your main responsibilities

  • Secure and grow your portfolio's revenue
  • Manage requests from international clients via WhatsApp, phone and email
  • Negotiating prices, commercial terms and configurations of endoscopes and systems
  • Check the availability of equipment in stock and coordinate priorities
  • Expand your assigned geographic area
  • Collaborating closely with the Back Office and Logistics
  • Ensure rigorous reporting to Management

Your profile

  • 10 years of experience in a sales position
  • Master's degree (Bac+5)
  • Fluency in Italian and Spanish is essential OR French and English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce is an asset
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good stress management
  • "Hunter" profile: results-oriented, persistent, and motivated by growth

Our promise

  • Attractive remuneration: fixed salary of €45,000 - €50,000 gross/year + 2% commissions on profits, uncapped
  • Framework contract with a fixed number of days
  • Strong international exposure, particularly at trade fairs
