We're working with ADP on this exciting opportunity. This role is crucial for overseeing payroll and HR administration for a large employee population, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring compliance with regulations in an international environment.
The Role
• Ensure the proper execution of payroll, including fixed and variable elements, and mandatory declarations.
• Oversee HR administration, including SIRH, employee onboarding, and management of contract amendments.
• Coordinate and lead a team of payroll and HR professionals.
• Manage relationships with social security organizations and ensure compliance with collective agreements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for payroll and HR processes.
• Participate in transverse HR projects, including international initiatives.
What You'll Need
• Higher education degree with at least 5 years of confirmed experience in payroll.
• Proficiency in payroll software (GlobalView SAP an advantage) and HRIS tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and databases.
• Fluent English, essential for an international environment.
• Rigor, organization, analytical skills, and leadership ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a customer service orientation.
