Le HRIS Specialist - Workday Absences est un membre essentiel de l'équipe HRIS dans une entreprise. Ce rôle implique la gestion et l'optimisation des systèmes de gestion des ressources humaines, en mettant particulièrement l'accent sur Workday Absences (et Payroll si possible). Le titulaire de ce poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Paie, RH informatiques et financières pour garantir l'efficacité des processus de paie et la conformité réglementaire. MISSIONS
- Assistance quotidienne sur l'outil Workday
- Assurer la configuration, la maintenance et la mise à jour continue du système Workday Absences.
- Collaborer avec différentes équipes pour résoudre les problèmes techniques liés à ce module Workday absence.
- Fournir un soutien continu pour résoudre les problèmes liés au configuration absences internationales dans Workday.
- Suivre les mises à jour et les évolutions de la plateforme Workday et proposer des améliorations.
- Assurer un support Workday Paie dans la mesure du possible est un plus.
- Projets SIRH : Absences Management
- Créer de la documentation, pour la configuration des livres opérationnels et de notre SIRH
- Rédiger des scripts de test, réaliser des tests fonctionnels et techniques avant la mise en production.
- Traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en matière de ressources humaines en changements de configuration et en évolutions.
- Traiter les anomalies par tickets
- Expérience et pratique de l'outil Workday sur un poste similaire
- Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse sur les problématiques qui peuvent être rencontrées sur le module Absence, connaissance et pratique de la configuration technique et anticipation des éventuels impacts
- Sens de l'écoute et de la communication, patiente requise pour l'accompagnement à la conduite du changement
