DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Within Exclusive Networks Group, the Group FP&A team is responsible for timely and accurate reporting of all the affiliates, animating the various cycles (actuals and budget) as well as challenging the business rational in liaison with local Finance community.

You will report directly to the Head of Global FP&A, be based in Boulogne Billancourt (with 2 days work from home per week) and will interact closely, among others, with the Consolidation team and local Financial Directors.

As an FP&A Senior Analyst, you will be in charge of
:

• Analyze the monthly reporting provided by several entities on a worldwide scope, ensuring all the data requested to conduct the Group reporting/analysis are provided on-time and are accurate for both P&L and Working Capital KPIs
• Compile for countries followed the adequate comments on variances of actuals vs. Last Year and Budget for P&L and B/S items (especially Working Capital indicators)
• Establish the Monthly Flash P&L KPIs, including variances vs. Last Year and Budget and main comments explaining these variances for all the regions reported
• Lead the preparation, with support from other Group Financial departments, the monthly reporting for top management and for shareholders
• Provide support to the countries' financial teams within dedicated scope on various day-to-day subjects
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis requested by shareholders
• Collaborate with Group Treasury team to provide detailed analysis on FX impacts on performance on the P&L
• Be responsible for Group Net Working Capital KPIs monthly analysis and together with Consolidation team explain the impacts of these KPIs on the Operating FCF results

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The Ideal Group Financial Planning And Analyst

• Experience: 8 to 10 years, mostly in FP&A or Controlling roles, with prior experience in one of the Big Four accounting firm (audit or transaction services)
• Education: Master's degree in Finance from a top university or business school.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial indicators and accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Onestream and PowerBi is a plus).
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
• Personal Attributes: Collaborative team player with high energy, strong problem-solving skills, communication skills
