About the role

We are seeking a Regional Director for Croatia who will oversee the operational implementation of the Group's strategy within the country. The Regional Director manages the activity, administration, and commercial development of airport-related operations and ensures the successful performance of the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the development and financial profitability of all contracts in Croatia.
  • Define strategic and operational objectives for the Croatian region and monitor their progress and results.
  • Ensure full compliance with local legal regulations and guarantee the application of Group rules and procedures.
  • Represent the company before local institutions and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and supervise agency directors and all employees within Croatia.
  • Exercise authority delegated by the President of Watch Over.

Profile requirements

  • Strong leadership and management capabilities
  • Solid understanding of Croatian legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience in commercial development and operational management
  • Excellent communication and representation skills

Opis pozicije

Tražimo Regionalnog direktora za Hrvatsku koji će biti odgovoran za operativnu provedbu strategije Grupe u zemlji. Regionalni direktor upravlja aktivnostima, administracijom i komercijalnim razvojem zračnih luka te osigurava uspješno poslovanje regije.

Glavne odgovornosti

  • Osigurati razvoj i financijsku profitabilnost svih ugovora u Hrvatskoj.
  • Definirati strateške i operativne ciljeve za hrvatsku regiju te pratiti njihov napredak i rezultate.
  • Osigurati usklađenost s lokalnim zakonskim propisima te primjenu pravila i procedura Grupe.
  • Predstavljati kompaniju pred lokalnim institucijama i vanjskim dionicima.
  • Upravljati i nadzirati direktore podružnica i sve zaposlenike u Hrvatskoj.
  • Obavljati dužnosti na temelju prenesenih ovlasti predsjednika Watch Over.

Potrebne kvalifikacije

  • Izražene liderske i upravljačke sposobnosti
  • Odlično poznavanje hrvatskog zakonodavstva i regulatornih zahtjeva
  • Dokazano iskustvo u komercijalnom razvoju i operativnom upravljanju
  • Izvrsne komunikacijske i prezentacijske vještine
