We're partnering with a fast-growing international group that is building a next-generation digital entertainment ecosystem — an all-in-one platform where users can play, compete, shop, transact, and engage in real time. The company is preparing to launch a brand-new sportsbook, starting with France, and is looking for a visionary Head of Sportsbook to lead the build, launch, and global scale-out of the product.

This is a founding-level executive role with full ownership of sportsbook strategy, performance, and expansion — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, trading, operations, and regulation.

What You'll Own Strategic Leadership

  • Define the sportsbook vision, launch strategy, and roadmap for France + future global markets

  • Build a scalable operating model and lead high-performing teams across trading, risk, product, and operations

  • Own the sportsbook P&L — forecasting, budget, margins & performance metrics

Regulation & Compliance

  • Ensure full alignment with ANJ rules for the French market

  • Oversee compliance across all future markets and licensing requirements

  • Maintain relationships with regulators and ensure top-tier integrity, reporting, and player protection

Trading, Risk & Operations

  • Oversee trading strategy, pricing, exposure, and in-play operations

  • Implement data-driven risk models and customer profiling

  • Ensure best-in-class operational processes, coverage, and event handling

Product & Technology Collaboration

  • Partner with product & engineering to deliver features, integrations, and trading tools

  • Ensure system stability, scalability, and compliance

  • Leverage analytics to boost personalization, retention, and CLV

Marketing, Brand & Growth

  • Collaborate on compliant acquisition, retention, and brand positioning

  • Influence campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and ambassador programs

  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends & competitors to identify growth levers

Who You Are

  • 8–15+ years in sportsbook leadership (trading, operations, product, commercial)

  • Deep expertise in the French market & ANJ regulations

  • Track record managing P&L at scale

  • Strong commercial and data-driven mindset

  • Fluent in French & English (preferred)

  • Experience managing multi-jurisdiction operations is a plus
