Role Summary: 

As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, you'll engage with clients to uncover sales opportunities and provide tailored marketing strategies. You'll manage a portfolio of small business clients, offering personalized recommendations based on their unique needs. Your role will focus on enhancing client experiences, supporting pre- and post-sales efforts, and sharing success stories that highlight our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and offer customized solutions
  • Take a consultative sales approach to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth
  • Prioritize outreach based on each client's unique needs
  • Research markets, industries, and business models to gain valuable insights
  • Use local business knowledge to create tailored advertising solutions
  • Provide personalized recommendations to address client needs
  • Enhance client experiences by promoting effective product use and evaluating performance
  • Become an expert in client advertising solutions and their impact on results
  • Commit to continuous learning to improve ad products and customer experiences
  • Handle pre-and post-sales support within your area of expertise
  • Identify trends, resolve issues, and provide valuable product feedback

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Hebrew (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • At least one year of experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising
  • Eager to learn and grow within the industry
