Our Chartres factory

For more than 60 years, the Reckitt Chartres industrial site has been dedicated to the production of Personal Care and Skin Care products. Today, the Chartres site operates 9 manufacturing processes, 19 packaging lines, sales in nearly 50 countries, and produces 140 million units per year across our 1,000 product references.

The Reckitt Group is making new investments in the Cosmetics site at Chartres to further expand the development of the Skin Care range through the brands VEET, INTIMA, CLEARASIL, and DETTOL.

About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Category Supply Veet, the Global Supply Project Manager acts as the link between Marketing, Procurement, R&D, and the Supply organization

Your responsabilities

• To be both a project manager and the communication lead between all stakeholders in the VEET brand supply chain. The Veet Project Manager leads feasibility assessments for NPD/EPD supply by coordinating activities with R&D, Global Marketing, Procurement, and manufacturing plants to determine supply options, preliminary COGs, CAPEX, and project timelines.
• Ensure liaison with the CDO (GBMM, GMM, and GCD), R&D (project leaders, managers, and Directors), Supply (Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Planning, Packaging, and Technical), Global Quality, PMO, local marketing managers, and global Regulatory and Supply services (NPD managers, Supply Services Directors, and planners).
• Act as the first point of contact for Supply within the Global Innovation process.
• Work on projects typically planned over a 5‑year horizon, defining the supply strategy and monitoring its implementation through to launch.
• Ensure project stakeholders have visibility on timelines and drive key supply milestones to guarantee on‑time project delivery.
• Conduct NPD launch studies when required to optimize the supply chain in both the short and long term.
• Provide NPD/EPD volume data to the plant so that the RCCP can be updated accordingly, along with key information from major Innovation documents: IDB, Project Lockdown, IP, and LR.
• Represent the Supply function in all innovation project alignment meetings. Be responsible for gathering all requirements to support approvals at the Innovation stage.
• Manage trackers and other project monitoring tools assigned to them.

The experience we are looking for

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain or Engineering. You have significant experience in project management and a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain within an international industrial environment (Finance, Regulatory, Production, Innovation, etc.).

You are influential, persuasive, and adaptable. You enjoy collecting and analyzing data, identifying solutions, presenting them to define a strategy, and driving projects to completion.

You thrive in an international working environment.

Occasional travel to our production sites is expected.
