It improves its customers' energy and water efficiency, increase their productivity, and reduce environmental risks with its product and service expertise.Now we are seeking an interim Techno-Functional Application Owner, Logistics and Purchasing responsible for IT solution area life cycle management and development to join Metso IT Supply Chain Management Logistics and Procurement team.The position is full-time and the assignment period is from December 15, 2025 to March 31, 2026.Role DescriptionYou will have strong hands-on experience to design, configure, customize, and integrate solutions to meet business needs in both functional and technical areas of SA S/4 Hana MM and IM. Experience within EWM, WM and 3PL solutions seen as a benefit. In this position, you will report to Senior Manager, Logistics and Procurement Applications, Metso IT. We are currently building new applications, developing existing ones, and implementing S/4 Hana. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as Metso Logistics and Procurement and business areas. The members in our team are located in Finland and Brazil.What You'll DoEnsure the performance, availability, and quality of your applications.Coordinate, delegate, and monitor IT work.Collect and document requirements, perform functional analysis, design, build/test/deliver/document solutions, and transfer knowledge to stakeholders.Do configuration for Inbound & Outbound Process, Availability Group, Warehouse Process Type, Put-away Control Indicator, Location Oriented Storage Control, Packing, Deconsolidation, Pick Denial & Differences handling, Physical Inventory Process, Post Processing Framework, Warehouse Order creation Rules, RF Framework, Master Data, Batch & Serial Number activation with EWMIdentify FM,BAPI and BADI for Functional/Technical specification preparationWrite/debug/review codeParticipate in IT tools and processes development, implementing Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.Achieve business value metrics and KPIs: performance, availability, satisfaction, usability, security, and cost.Address application service topics and changes, provide feedback, and act as a subject matter expert.Take on special project/program/product delivery IT responsibilities as needed.Who You AreYou possess strong functional and technical knowledge in SAP S/4 Hana MM and IM solutions with a solid understanding of SAP architecture.You have solid SAP MM and IM development and configuration experience - You have hands-on experience with SAP MM and IM implementation, upgrade, and support projects, both standalone and S/4 Hana.EWM, WM and 3PL experience seen as a benefit - You are a self-directed individual with a curious mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and creativity.
