Job Description

We are seeking an Operational Logistics Manager (Inbound & Outbound) to support our growth. Reporting to the Group Logistics Director, you ensure smooth and efficient daily logistics operations from receipt to shipment, maintaining client commitments, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Management
  • Organize and supervise goods receipt.
  • Verify compliance and ensure rapid stock placement.
  • Coordinate with procurement and purchasing.
  • Ensure accurate physical and system records.

Outbound Management

  • Plan and track order preparation and shipping.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Transport.
  • Monitor key service KPIs (timeliness, errors, returns).

Team Leadership

  • Manage team leaders, warehouse staff, and operators.
  • Provide direction, recognition, and clarity daily.
  • Develop team skills, discipline, and collaboration.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and high-performance environment.

Performance Improvement

  • Track and analyze KPIs: productivity, service rate, stock reliability.
  • Identify process improvements and simplify workflows.
  • Promote continuous improvement on the ground.
  • Optimize resources, flows, and tools.

Safety and Quality

  • Lead by example in safety, hygiene, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Foster a sustainable safety culture.
