A fast-growing, venture-backed AI company transforming how pharmaceutical organisations evaluate drug benefits and risks. Their technologies allows support for better clinical decision-making, accelerate development timelines, and ultimately enable more personalised medicine at scale.

The Role

As a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
, you will play a critical role in driving company growth by engaging senior decision-makers across the pharmaceutical industry. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, qualifying opportunities and setting the foundation for long-term commercial relationships.

Working closely with sales and growth stakeholders, you will help translate a highly technical AI solution into compelling business value for global pharma organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high-potential prospects within pharmaceutical companies through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, and phone)
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including Medical, Clinical Development, and Safety leaders
  • Book high-quality meetings for senior sales leadership and executives
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's AI-driven value proposition and its impact on pharmaceutical development
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, handle objections, and improve conversion rates
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of AI, life sciences, and consultative sales practices

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • French is a strong plus
  • 1-2 years' experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior-level stakeholders
  • Highly organised, results-driven, and motivated by targets and KPIs
  • Curious mindset with the ability to quickly learn complex topics
  • Interest in life sciences, healthcare, AI, or B2B SaaS environments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
