Your profile

In this role you will be part of our Business Impact team in Europe. 

As a Customer Success Manager you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of this transformative movement, shaping the future of intelligent decision-making in remarkable ways.

  • Take ownership with your 1-2 customers of their AI maturity journey, from initial integration to scaling impact to across the enterprise
  • Ensure innovation and impact roadmap drives clear business outcomes, enabling faster more efficient processes and uncovering opportunities for top line growth
  • Build and maintain relationships including at the C-level to ensure a scalable engagement and impact strategy across the enterprise organization 
  • Ensure that future products align with and exceed the expectations of our clients, acting as a vital bridge between our customers and product teams 
  • With full accountability for your customers, foster transparent and honest communication, both internally and externally, while actively seeking and providing constructive feedback. 
Your profile
  • Bachelor, Master or MBA degree 
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Partnerships, Engagement Manager, Account Management and/or Product Management
  • Experience working for or with fashion houses (multi-national, multi-brands)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and being comfortable interacting with C-levels of large corporations.
  • Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Independent worker and being able to take responsibility that timelines are met. 
  • Strategically look at the bigger picture and not tunnel vision on small details. 
  • Simplify the complex and communicate the same way.
