Responsible for process optimization by analyzing warehousing and delivery workflows, identifying non-value-added steps, and driving process improvements. Lead lean projects, including planning and execution, applying lean tools to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct business analysis and cost control by collecting and analyzing cost and revenue data, identifying root causes of profit and loss issues, and developing and implementing improvement plans. Monitor performance by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments, tracking improvement outcomes, and ensuring continuous enhancement. Manage warehousing and transportation projects within the region, overseeing the entire project lifecycle including initiation, planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, risk management, and project closure evaluation to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of objectives. Perform data analysis and project evaluation by coordinating cross-functional resources from warehouse, transportation, systems, IT, and finance departments; analyze core metrics such as cost, efficiency, and risk using data tools; produce visual reports and decision-support materials to ensure project ROI aligns with business goals.
