Notre objectif à court terme est clair : renforcer le management SEO pour accompagner la croissance et maintenir un niveau d'exigence élevé sur la qualité et la satisfaction client.

Ton rôle

En tant que Head of SEO, tu prends la responsabilité globale du département SEO.

Ton rôle est majoritairement managérial et stratégique, avec un lien constant au terrain.

Tu es garant :

  • de la qualité des prestations
  • de la vision SEO
  • de la stabilité et satisfaction clients

Missions principales

  • Management direct de 3 à 4 Team Leads SEO
  • Structuration et amélioration continue des process SEO
  • Pilotage de la qualité des livrables et de la vision stratégique globale
  • Accompagnement des Team Leads dans leur montée en compétences managériales
  • 1 à 2 journées de production client vendues par mois, pour rester connecté aux réalités terrain
  • Participation aux décisions structurantes : offres, positionnement, organisation

KPI principal : churn global du département SEO

Pour les rôles leadership chez Astrak, seuls les KPI comptent.

Aucune méthode imposée : autonomie totale tant que l'objectif est atteint.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en agence SEO
  • Expérience confirmée en management d'équipes SEO
  • Vision stratégique, orientée performance et satisfaction client
  • À l'aise avec des environnements en croissance rapide
  • Capacité à structurer, prioriser et prendre des décisions

  • Prise de poste idéalement d'ici avril 2026
  • Salaire : ~5 000 € brut / mois (selon profil)
