About the Role

Heidi is expanding across France and is hiring a Clinical Director to lead high-stakes engagement with ministries, health authorities, major hospital groups, academic institutions, and strategic partners.

This position is suited to one of two profiles:

  1. A senior clinician or CMO-level leader with the commercial acumen, gravitas, and strategic capability to support system-wide transformation; or

  2. An experienced healthcare executive with deep networks, strong enterprise relationships, and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex procurement pathways and multi-stakeholder environments.

The Clinical Director is a senior, externally facing role with full accountability for accessing enterprise deals, partnership development, and commercial outcomes. You will shape Heidi's strategic approach, secure lighthouse health-system relationships, guide pilots through evaluation to scale, and provide executive sponsorship to local operators across the region.

You will operate with substantial autonomy and the full support of Heidi's global leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Leadership

  • Shape Heidi's regional strategy and market-entry approach in partnership with global leadership.

  • Identify system-level opportunities, care-model transformation initiatives, and high-value partnerships.

Government, Health System & Enterprise Engagement

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across ministries, regulators, health authorities, hospital networks, and clinical leadership.

  • Convert strategic discussions into pilots, structured programs, and long-term adoption pathways.

Clinical & Commercial Credibility

  • Represent Heidi's clinical, operational, and AI capabilities in senior forums.

  • Guide the design of use cases, evaluation metrics, governance structures, and clinical integration models.

Anchor Partnerships & Lighthouse Deals

  • Secure high-impact hospital and health system partnerships that establish credibility and unlock scale.

  • Negotiate partnership frameworks that balance local context with Heidi's commercial and operational model.

Executive Sponsorship & Team Enablement

  • Provide senior coverage alongside local operators in key meetings, evaluations, negotiations, and governance reviews.

  • Mentor regional sales, partnerships, and implementation teams without displacing them.

Market Intelligence, Policy & Risk

  • Surface insights on health system structure, procurement processes, clinical governance requirements, and AI policy shifts.

  • Advise global leadership on regional risks, opportunities, and strategic inflection points.

About You

You are an accomplished healthcare leader who can operate credibly at the highest levels - whether your path was clinical, operational, or commercial.

You may be a fit if you are: A senior clinician, medical director or CMO-type or A seasoned healthcare executive with deep enterprise experience and networks

What you'll bring to the role
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitals, health systems, digital health, medtech, healthtech, or government-facing healthcare roles.

  • Strong enterprise and system-level networks across hospitals, ministries, clinical leadership, and/or channel partners.

  • Proven ability to translate clinical or operational insights into commercial and strategic outcomes.

  • High credibility in executive, clinical, and government settings; comfortable navigating long-cycle engagements.

  • A "builder" mindset - able to craft regional strategy, shape lighthouse opportunities, and help local teams execute.

  • Thoughtful communicator with cross-cultural fluency: English and French essential
