The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Your Role And Responsabilities

  • Within the Group, you will join the AXA Foundation for Human Progress. It brings together the main philanthropic initiatives of the AXA Group and AXA Mutual Insurance Companies, in France and in 50 countries internationally. This endowment fund aims to expand support for impactful projects in the four historical areas of AXA's philanthropy: health and science; protection of the planet; solidarity, inclusion and education; and arts, culture and heritage.

WIthin this Department, you will be part of the Solidarity, Inclusion, Education Pillar. The pillar is responsible for building fairer, more resilient and more equitable societies.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solidarity Philanthropy Program Manager to lead the AXA Foundation's initiatives dedicated to promoting social inclusion and access to education.

In this key role, you will drive the identification, selection, and management of strategic partnerships with NGOs and organizations committed to advancing inclusion and educational equity. You will ensure impactful, scalable, and sustainable collaborations aligned with AXA's corporate responsibility and human progress strategy.

The role of Philanthropy Program Manager will cover the following missions :

  • Identification of associations and projects to support while ensuring impact on beneficiaries and internal engagement.
  • Ensure compliance of methods, procedures, with AXA standards and the legislation of the countries of the supported associations.
  • Monitor the project and engage the AXA's ecosystem.
  • Ensure good alignment with AXA associations (AXA Atout Cœur, AXA Prevention, AXA Entraide) and Group entities.
  • Co-construct synergies with AXA business markets.
  • Promote the AXA Foundation (e.g., speaking engagements and representations).
  • Be recognized as the most committed company in France.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of social economy
  • Project management in a complex environment
  • In-depth research and analysis of how AXA can be distinctive and impactful in its philanthropic support
  • Monitoring and evaluation through impact measurement of our partners
  • Management of partnerships ranging from small associations to federations of associations - a multitude of stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication, representation, public speaking
  • Budgetary and financial management
  • Drafting and presenting reports at the governance level
  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks for philanthropy
  • Awareness of societal and solidarity issues and monitoring international news in the field
  • Tracking the commitments of our competitors or other CAC 40 companies
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Agility and adaptability
  • Excellent presentation skills
