Manager en CDI.

Au sein du département Studio, vous assurez le développement, la coordination et le suivi opérationnel des collections

Vous garantissez la cohérence de collection avec la stratégie de l'entreprise.

Plus précisément, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Coordination du développement produit et collection

  • Suivre le développement des produits de la conception à la production : management d'une équipe de 5 personnes au Développement produit et Structuration de collection
  • Définir et suivre le cahier des charges produit : positionnement target price, délais
  • Gestion du calendrier de collection : créer, suivre et animer le rétroplanning de la collection
  • Gestion des flux des collections saisonnières : améliorer les workflows et fluidifier les outils de gestion de projet en place (retroplanning – Proggio, PLM,etc)
  • Suivi qualité et amélioration produit

Plan de collection, positionnement et intégration des nouveautés

  • Gestion de l'assortiment : élaborer le plan de collection saisonnier (définir le nombre de références-SKUs par typologie de produit, catégorie et Tier)
  • Intégrer les nouveaux produits et ajuster la composition de la collection pour maintenir équilibre prix et offre cohérent
  • Identifier les produits à renforcer ou retirer selon les performances

Veille, analyse du marché et reporting

  • Suivre et diffuser au studio Design les tendances et innovations dans le secteur
  • Collecter les retours clients et les intégrer aux futures collections
  • Préparer des tableaux de bord et reportings sur la structure de la collection et les performances produits
  • Analyser les performances et proposer des ajustements si néecessaire

Coordination inter-départements

  • Regrouper et clarifier les besoins des différents pôles (design, image, développement, industriel, logistique, commercial). Assurer une communication fluide entre les équipes, en veillant à ce que chacun soit aligné sur les objectifs du projet
  • Organiser des réunions de suivi et diffuser les informations clés
  • Training produit et stratégique des équipes commerciales

Votre profil

  • Vous justifiez d'une solide expérience de 3 ans minimum en gestion de projet, dans le secteur de la mode, et savez piloter plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du marché de la mode et des sneakers en particulier
  • Vous excellez dans la création et le suivi de plannings, et savez anticiper les besoins pour respecter les deadlines. Bonne gestion des priorités.
  • Vous êtes un excellent communicant, avec un bon leadership, capable de travailler avec des équipes variées (design, production, commercial, marketing) et de faire converger leurs attentes vers un objectif commun.

Vous maîtrisez

  • Le pack Office
  • L'anglais et le français couramment (le Portugais est souhaité)
  • Un PLM et/ou un outil de gestion de projets
  • SAP
