Ce rôle clé, à la fois stratégique et opérationnel, s'adresse à un(e) leader désireux(se) de structurer, transformer et faire grandir une fonction finance dans un environnement exigeant et en constante évolution, avec une
participation directe au capital
.
Vos missions clés
- Pilotage de projets de
migration d'outils financiers
et
intégration post-acquisition (M&A) - Coordination transverse entre les équipes
Finance, IT et Opérations - Accompagnement et
formation des équipes internes
sur les nouveaux process et outils

Votre périmètre d'impact
- Définir et piloter la
stratégie comptable groupe - Superviser l'ensemble du
cycle comptable en France et à l'international - Internaliser et structurer des fonctions actuellement externalisées
- Garantir des
clôtures fiables, rapides et scalables - Assurer la
conformité fiscale et sociale
dans chaque pays - Piloter les relations avec les
auditeurs et partenaires externes - Déployer des
outils et automatisations
adaptés à l'hypercroissance - Recruter, manager et faire évoluer une
équipe comptable performante
Le profil recherché
- Vous avez été confronté à gérer plusieurs projets finance/tech au sein de votre structure
- Expérience confirmée en
structuration et management d'équipes comptables - Min. 10 années d'expérience
en comptabilité / finance (expérience en cabinet appréciée, forte orientation business) - Formation supérieure :
DCG, DSCG, Master ou équivalent - Solide maîtrise des
normes comptables françaises
; exposition internationale appréciée, si connaissance en IFRS, c'est top - Bilingue français / anglais
- Leadership naturel, vision long terme, capacité à structurer dans des environnements incertains
