Job Title: Product Manager Agro Business

The purpose of this position is to drive the profitability and market relevance of Action Pin's Agro product portfolio. The role ensures that the range meets customer needs, supports sustainable growth, and is clearly understood internally while being effectively promoted externally. The owner of this position will work closely with the Business Innovation (homologation, Innovation, Creation), Marketing and Sales to ensure maximum efficiency and use of resources.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be part of the team defining, implementing, and monitoring the product strategy.
• Optimize the product portfolio continuously to maximize profitability and efficiency, including discontinuing underperforming products.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Evaluate product sales performance and recommend portfolio rationalization.
• Lead internal and external product promotion: manage launches, pricing, positioning, and claims; collaborate with Sales for sales tools.
• Act as internal product evangelist, fostering company culture and driving awareness across departments globally.

You Bring

• Education: BAC+5 degree in Agro engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 6+ years in the Agro sector or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of phyto market and ideally biosolutions.
• Data analytics proficiency and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to federate teams.
• Proficiency in Pack Office and familiarity with cross-functional collaboration.
