Directement rattaché(e) au Technical Leader, tu rejoindras une squad composée de quatre autres Software Engineers.

Dans un contexte de transformation et d'accélération de notre stack, tu auras l'opportunité de contribuer au sein d'une équipe où la bienveillance n'est pas seulement un mot, mais une véritable valeur essentielle

Missions :

Au sein de notre squad, tu seras amené(e) à :

  • Concevoir, développer et optimiser le code, les tests et les outils.

  • Remettre en question les standards existants et proposer des innovations techniques.

  • Collaborer à travers des revues de code, du mob/pair programming et des échanges constructifs.

  • Identifier et résoudre efficacement des problèmes complexes.

Quel sera ton quotidien ?

  • Tu commenceras ta journée par une cérémonie d'équipe, où tu partageras ton avancement ou tes problématiques avec ta squad, afin de trouver des solutions ensemble.

  • Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec ton équipe ou d'autres équipes (IT, Data, Produit…), pour faire avancer des sujets et résoudre des problématiques techniques ou business.

  • Tu participeras à des conférences ou des formations pour rester à jour sur les dernières nouveautés.
