Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Desktop / End User Support Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support to users. The role includes resolving hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software updates.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Support Microsoft Office 365, email clients, and collaboration tools.

Manage user accounts, access management, and passwords in Active Directory.

Assist remote users via VPN and remote support tools.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure adherence to company policies.

Document incidents, resolutions, and contribute to the IT knowledge base.

Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in desktop/end-user support or helpdesk environments.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications.

Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Detail-oriented with a strong customer-focused approach.

Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 2,800.00€ per month
