Rattaché directement à la Directrice Juridique Adjointe et au sein d'une équipe de 5 personnes, en charge du droits des sociétés et des Fusions&Acquisitions pour le groupe dans un contexte international, vous interviendrez en tant qu'apprenti Juriste.

QUELLES SERONT VOS MISSIONS ?

Concrètement, vos missions seront de :

· Apporter un soutien à l'équipe dans les domaines du droit des sociétés, notamment en matière de recherche, de rédaction d'actes simples, etc.

· Contribuer à la rédaction des documents standards

· Aider à l'élaboration des organigrammes des sociétés du Groupe

· Contribuer à la mise à jour des formalités administratives (KYC, légalisation, etc)

· Accompagner à la préparation de divers documents juridiques

QUI RECHERCHONS-NOUS ?


• Étudiant de niveau Bac+5 avec une spécialisation en Droit, Droits des sociétés, Droit des contrats


• Idéalement, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience sur un poste similaire


• Votre niveau d'anglais est courant : lu, écrit, parlé


• Vous maitrisez le pack Office, et les outils informatiques


• Autonome rapidement et ouvert vous faites preuve d'implication, de pro activité et de curiosité


• Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre discrétion et votre capacité à passer d'un sujet à l'autre
