Job Description

Rattaché·e au CNCC (Condé Nast Commercial Creative), vous intégrerez l'équipe Delivery, en charge de la mise en place des campagnes médias sur nos titres (Vogue, Vanity Fair, AD, GQ) via une large variété de formats digitaux.

En tant que Chef·fe de projet Delivery, vous assurez la coordination globale des campagnes, depuis la préparation jusqu'au lancement, en lien étroit avec les clients et les équipes internes (rédactions, creative strategy, DMS, production, event…).

Vos responsabilités principales :

Brief et coordination des équipes internes

  • Participation au kick-off : vous recevez le brief des équipes commerciales, stratégiques et/ou event afin de cadrer le projet en interne et de préparer efficacement la campagne

  • Coordination avec les rédactions et l'ensemble des équipes impliquées dans le projet (event, creative strategists, production, DMS, direction artistique, etc) afin d'assurer une exécution fluide et cohérente de la campagne

Gestion du client

  • Point de contact privilégié des clients, vous pilotez les différentes phases de validation des contenus et garantissez la qualité ainsi que la conformité des livrables

  • Pour l'event, vous êtes l'interlocuteur principal du client avant, pendant et après l'événement sur l'ensemble des livrables associés (vidéos, articles, post sociaux…)

  • Rapport post-event avec KPIs et axes d'amélioration.

Construction des plannings et suivi des budgets d'amplification

  • Elaboration des rétroplannings et garantie du respect des délais  

  • Suivi de l'allocation des budgets d'amplification sur les différents canaux prévus

Mise en ligne de la campagne

  • Superviser la publication des campagnes sur les différents supports en collaboration avec les équipes internes : website, réseaux sociaux, newsletters, etc.

Suivi administratif et financier

  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord d'activité, élaborer les bons de pige, gérer les factures prestataires et assurer le suivi des imputations comptables

Profil recherché :

  • Formation MASTER 2 (école de communication / marketing-publicité / digitale )

  • Première expérience en agence média ou régie souhaitée

  • Très organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et ayant le sens des priorités

  • Bonne gestion du stress et capacité à travailler dans un environnement challengeant

  • Passionné(e) de digital, force de proposition

  • Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse

  • Attrait pour les marques médias et le luxe

  • Bon niveau d'anglais
