Job DescriptionAssister les Gérants/PM dans la gestion opérationnelle des fonds et compartiments, en préparant les analyses, documents et reportings requis.
Due diligence & gouvernance : constitution des dossiers (financiers, juridiques, ESG, KYC/LCB-FT) et préparation des notes et présentations pour les comités d'investissement.
Valorisation & modélisation financière : collecte des données, mise à jour des modèles Excel, rédaction des mémos de valorisation et préparation des supports pour les comités.
Reporting & conformité réglementaire : contribution aux rapports de gestion, préparation des reportings réglementaires (AIFM, PRIIPs…), contrôle qualité et traçabilité des données.
Suivi de performance & analyse : mise à jour des dashboards, analyse des écarts vs benchmarks/budgets/business plans et formulation d'explications pour les Gérants/PM.
Opérations des fonds & titrisation
Formation supérieure (Bac+5) en finance, gestion, économie ou école de commerce, avec une spécialisation en marchés financiers, asset management ou analyse financière.
1 à 2 ans d'expérience en asset management, gestion d'actifs, private equity, dette privée, titrisation ou en environnement financier similaire (audit, conseil, transaction services).
Solides compétences analytiques et financières : modélisation Excel, valorisation, analyse de portefeuilles, compréhension des états financiers et des indicateurs de performance.
Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles (notes d'investissement, rapports, présentations) et maîtrise des outils bureautiques, en particulier Excel et PowerPoint.
Anglais professionnel.
