Market Development Manager
pour le cluster FRABENE (France, Belgique, Pays-Bas). Ce rôle terrain vous permettra de piloter la croissance sur trois marchés stratégiques, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes locales de vente, marketing et éducation médicale.

Que ferez-vous ?
Vous serez un acteur clé de la stratégie de conquête et de croissance sur le cluster FRABENE. Vous identifierez de nouveaux comptes stratégiques, accompagnerez les lancements produits et piloterez l'adoption de nos technologies innovantes. Vous animerez un réseau de leaders d'opinion (KOLs), participerez à des événements scientifiques et assurerez un suivi rigoureux des performances commerciales. Ce rôle vous permettra de transformer les opportunités en résultats concrets, tout en contribuant à l'évolution des pratiques cliniques.

Que faut-il pour réussir ?
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devrez être un véritable moteur de croissance, capable de transformer les opportunités en résultats concrets. Vous serez reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à fédérer, à convaincre et à piloter des projets stratégiques sur le terrain.

  • Une expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) en business development ou en vente dans le secteur de l'orthopédie
  • Une forte orientation résultats et une capacité à transformer les opportunités en parts de marché
  • D'excellentes compétences relationnelles et une aisance dans l'animation de réseaux (KOLs, partenaires, commerciaux)
  • Une rigueur exemplaire dans le pilotage des projets et le suivi des indicateurs de performance
