Le poste : Staff Backend Engineer

Vous rejoignez une équipe technique de 8 personnes (3 fondateurs, 1 Product Designer, 1 Front, 1 Fullstack, 2 AI Engineers). Sous la responsabilité du CTO, vous devenez le "owner" de la partie Backend.

Le poste est
purement technique (IC)
, sans management, axé sur l'architecture et la construction de fondations robustes pour un SaaS à forte composante IA.

Vos missions

Conception & Architecture Backend

  • Structurer et faire évoluer les fondations du SaaS : gestion des rôles, permissions complexes et sécurité.
  • Garantir une architecture capable de supporter l'interopérabilité des données entre services silotés.
  • Assurer la scalabilité technique pour accompagner la montée en charge.

Développement & Automatisation

  • Concevoir et développer un moteur de workflow propriétaire permettant à l'IA d'agir de manière autonome sur les données métier.
  • Implémenter des fonctionnalités métier critiques.
  • Développer des APIs typées et haute performance.
  • Optimiser l'interaction entre le backend et les agents IA pour automatiser les écritures de données.
  • Contribuer à la réactivité du produit : dashboards complexes en temps réel (React & TypeScript), sans lag et avec une accessibilité totale.

Engineering Culture & Data

  • Travailler sur la persistance et l'optimisation des données (PostgreSQL, NeonDB).
  • Maintenir un niveau de qualité de code et de vélocité très élevé, en s'appuyant sur les outils d'IA pour l'implémentation.
  • Participer aux choix technologiques structurants liés à l'infrastructure et à la donnée.

Profil recherché

Expertise principale : Python / Django.

Le poste nécessite une autonomie complète sur l'architecture backend d'un SaaS.

Must-have

  • 7+ ans d'expérience en développement Backend (profil Senior / Staff / Architecte).
  • Maîtrise opérationnelle et récente de Python et Django.
  • Solide expérience en architecture de systèmes SaaS (logique de permissions, sécurité, APIs).
  • Forte appétence pour la donnée et l'infrastructure.
  • Capacité de réflexion conceptuelle et capacité à déléguer l'implémentation à l'IA pour se concentrer sur l'architecture.
  • Français courant et Anglais (B2 minimum, écrit indispensable).

Nice-to-have

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent.
  • Expérience en environnement startup ou sur des outils de gestion de flux.
  • Expérience sur des problématiques d'automatisation de données.
