MissionsWe are looking for a Product Designer to join our team.
As part of our growth, we are opening a new position for a Product Designer.
You will play a key role in delivering high-impact design solutions and enhancing our user experience across the platform. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring innovative ideas to life.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces based on business and user needs.
- Build wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and animations using Figma.
- Lead or participate in design critique sessions.
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions.
- Gather and analyze user insights to inform design decisions.
- Take part in QA testing and ensure the final implementation matches the intended design.
- Monitor relevant KPIs and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.
We're looking for a designer who combines creativity, problem-solving skills, and a strong product mindset.
You should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (UX/UI or Product Designer).
- A user-centric approach and ability to turn complex challenges into elegant, functional solutions.
- Strong proficiency with Figma (mandatory).
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across disciplines.
- A basic understanding of HTML/CSS, allowing efficient collaboration with developers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- A keen eye for detail and high standards for visual and interaction quality.
Bonus: Experience with motion design for creating animations or short videos.
