Nous recherchons un.e Solution Engineer pour rejoindre la famille d'EVERTRUST un éditeur de logiciel qui fourni des solutions de cybersécurité en confiance numérique performantes et innovantes.

Le candidat(e) intégrera l'équipe Professional Services en charge d'assurer :

  • L'intégration de nos solutions au sein du SI clients.

  • L'accompagnement et expertise technique/opérationnelle auprès des clients.

  • Le lien entre les besoins clients et les équipes R&D.

Vos missions:

  • Participer aux projets d'intégration de logiciels de confiance numérique, y compris la planification, l'exécution et le suivi des projets.

  • Rédiger la documentation technique (interne et externe).

  • Assurer une communication régulière avec les clients afin de remonter leurs attentes.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes R&D pour contribuer à la roadmap produit.

  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et des méthodologies de prestation de services.

  • Travailler en équipe à la résolution de problèmes complexes.
