Projets et clients

  • Tu es responsable de leur bonne exécution des projets sous la supervision d'un directeur et travailles à la montée en compétences des consultants que tu encadres. Tu es de ton côté mentoré(e) par un des directeurs d'Akoya qui t'accompagnera tout au long de ton parcours.

  • Tu accompagnes nos clients dans l'élaboration de leur stratégie et de leurs feuilles de route, dans leurs plans de transformation ou encore dans l'amélioration continue de leurs organisations.
    Dans ce cadre, tu mènes des projets passionnants aux côtés de comités de direction, équipes métiers et RH, en mettant en œuvre des approches alliant analyse stratégique, HR Analytics, études terrain, design thinking, etc.

  • Tu peux notamment travailler sur des missions de prévision des effectifs et des compétences (ce processus se nomme le "Strategic Workforce Planning"), d'amélioration de la gestion des compétences, de design organisationnel, d'amélioration de l'expérience employé, ou de l'excellence des proecessus et outils RH.

Développement commercial

  • Être Manager chez nous, c'est également collaborer dans une structure en croissance.

  • Tu es donc un contributeur important du développement commercial du cabinet, en participant notamment à la conception, rédaction et présentation de propositions d'accompagnement.

  • Tu participes aussi au développement de notre expertise en assurant une veille et en nourissant les experts du cabinet.

Gestion du cabinet

  • Par ailleurs, tu es imppliqué progressivement dans la gestion opérationnelle des activités de conseil : staffing, recrutement, gestion des talents, etc..

Expérience

+ de 4 ans d'expérience dans le conseil

  • Tu as une expérience de gestion de projets complexes

  • Tu as une expérience, même courte, d'encadrement de consultants
