Now we require the expertise of a People Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will put in place and monitor Key People projects when it comes to talent acquisition and people development. The aim is to ensure the success of Breega through it’s people. You will be at the core of the company’s decision making, you will be a trustworthy business partner both for our leaders and teammates, you will translate the needs of our workforce and facilitate their experience.

**Outcomes**:

- Revamp, launch, execute and monitor the Breega onboarding process,
- Develop a Compensation & Reward strategy
- Reflect & build the People Development Program and career paths

**Responsibilities**:
HR Strategy & Operations
- Build the Breega HR Roadmap supporting and reflecting our Business strategy
- Be a reliable and trustworthy business partner to our Managers

Talent Acquisition
- Continue to develop clear and impactful talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes
- Lead employment branding initiatives and contribute to building the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Build and develop the company onboarding program

Culture
- Participate in developing our Breega culture as we grow at an international scale with diversity and inclusion at the forefront of your mind.
- Understand where we sit when it comes to wellbeing and advise us on what we need to do (if anything) that could be better.

People Development
- Develop innovative People policies to drive performance; Install and build a learning and development strategies
- Develop the Compensation and Reward Policy and spread its culture within the company
- At least 4 years experience in the HR Field within
- Experience (or strong desire) with working in a fast-growing, innovative and entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience in reflecting / developing Compensation & Reward philosophies & frameworks (at an international level)
- Experience with a startup or entrepreneurial-minded company
- Self-starter with lots of initiative and creativity
- Experience with ATS, excel, KPI and key metrics
- Demonstrate leadership, empathy and listening skills
- High level of energy, resilient
