Sederma SAS is a company of 174 employees, part of the Croda Group, specializing in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of active ingredients for the cosmetic industry.
In This Role, We Are Looking For a
Regulatory Affairs Assistant (M/F) – 6-month fixed-term contract – Le Perray en Yvelines
Your Responsibilities Are As Follows**

  • Draft regulatory documentation for products and ensure the availability and updating of these documents.
  • Respond to client questions of a technical-regulatory nature (France and internationally): emails, certificates, questionnaires…
  • Support the team to maintain product certifications (Halal, RSPO, naturalness…) and supplier information.
  • Ensure continuous regulatory monitoring and share relevant information.
  • Identify needs for procedures and/or instructions for the department.

Who are we looking for?
You have a scientific or technical higher education background in chemistry/biology, with a specialization in Regulatory Affairs. You have at least 1 year of experience, ideally within the regulatory department of the cosmetics sector, with a sensitivity to quality and CSR approaches.

You have a good knowledge of the various regulations applicable to the chemical and cosmetics industry. You are comfortable with writing and computer skills and enjoy working with databases or an ERP system (SAP). Throughout your professional experience, you have developed strong organizational and analytical skills and possess a customer service mindset. You are recognized for your rigor. Naturally curious and autonomous, you are sensitive to innovation and continuous improvement.

You have a good team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary to successfully carry out this role.
