Syroco est une startup Climate Tech qui aide le transport maritime à consommer moins et polluer moins. Notre plateforme de weather routing et voyage optimisation accompagne armateurs et opérateurs pour améliorer l'efficacité des voyages, avec un impact mesurable.

Le stage

Vous serez au contact direct des clients et au centre de l'exécution : cadrer, faire avancer, débloquer, livrer.

On cherche des profils dégourdis, motivés, qui aiment le challenge, qui savent dire les choses clairement et qui n'ont pas peur des échanges francs en interne comme avec les clients.

Vos missions (concret, terrain)

Onboarder et former

  • Aider à lancer de nouveaux clients : setup, adoption, premières victoires
  • Préparer/améliorer les supports et co-animer des formations

Faire tourner les comptes au quotidien

  • Suivre l'usage, les demandes, les irritants et les priorités
  • Participer aux points clients, rédiger les actions, relancer, faire avancer

Porter la voix du client

  • Remonter les feedbacks de façon claire et actionnable
  • Pousser des améliorations produit/process avec Sales, Produit et Engineering

Mesurer et démontrer l'impact

  • Collecter/analyser les données de performance
  • Préparer des synthèses et reports client : gains, ROI, performance

Ce qu'on attend de vous

  • Vous êtes en école d'ingéniuer, commerce ou équivalent (Bac+4/5 idéalement)
  • Vous êtes structuré(e), autonome, vous apprenez vite, vous n'attendez pas qu'on vous tienne la main
  • Vous êtes à l'aise pour challenger et être challengé(e), sans ego
  • Vous communiquez clairement, vous tenez vos engagements, vous aimez résoudre des problèmes
  • Anglais courant (clients et contexte international)
