Le groupe prépare actuellement la première commercialisation et mise en œuvre du projet Delphy pour ses clients.

 

Relations de travail interne/externe (type d'interlocuteurs, nature des relations de travail avec ces interlocuteurs)

Le stagiaire travaillera directement avec l'équipe Delphy (principalement le directeur de projet, le responsable technique, l'ingénieur procédé principal, le responsable marché, le directeur Delphy, et ponctuellement les responsables du développement commercial).

Il/elle interagira également avec les équipes élargies des Nouvelles Énergies, notamment celles dédiées au CCUS et à la géothermie, ainsi qu'avec des collègues en R&D, par exemple lors de l'analyse de solutions techniques. 


Activités principales

Le stagiaire contribuera au développement technique et au déploiement opérationnel de Delphy, en participant à des études spécifiques (solutions technologiques, comparaisons avec des alternatives) ainsi qu'à la mise en place du projet (spécifications pour les fournisseurs et partenaires, procédures de mise en service et de démarrage…).

Les sujets exacts à traiter seront précisés au cours du stage. Voici une liste illustrative d'exemples :

  • Évaluer l'adaptation potentielle de notre conception à d'autres cas d'usage (autres fluides, autres conditions de stockage).

  • Rechercher et qualifier les solutions existantes sur le marché pour l'inspection et le suivi des équipements sous pression. Évaluer leur pertinence et leur adaptation à Delphy dans des environnements spécifiques.

  • Préparer les spécifications pour plusieurs activités liées au projet Delphy, telles que les études géotechniques.

  • Construction : préparer les dossiers de tests et les méthodes de construction ; initier toutes les procédures de montage, d'assemblage et de construction en s'appuyant sur les pratiques existantes du terrain et les adapter à Delphy.

  • Initier toutes les procédures de mise en service en s'appuyant sur les pratiques existantes du terrain et les adapter à Delphy.

  • Apporter un soutien à l'estimation des coûts et à la planification du projet, en collaboration avec les équipes de développement commercial et techniques.

Le périmètre exact des missions sera défini en fonction de l'avancement des projets sur les différents thèmes.

MISSION

Contribuer activement à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de déploiement de Vallourec pour Delphy, en évaluant les développements futurs potentiels et en soutenant l'implémentation de la solution dans les projets clients.

Compétences et formations requises (Linguistiques, techniques, soft skills …)

EXPÉRIENCE REQUISE

- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) ainsi que les outils avancés de recherche d'information. 

- Une expérience en programmation Python, incluant l'utilisation de bibliothèques d'analyse de données (telles que Pandas, NumPy) et de bibliothèques mathématiques (telles que SciPy, SymPy, etc.), pouvant soutenir l'automatisation de calculs et procédures d'ingénierie, et/ou une familiarité avec les environnements Anaconda, l'IDE Spyder ou des outils similaires, serait fortement appréciée. 

- Une expérience de stage préalable sur des missions similaires serait également valorisée.

- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'analyse et de la synthèse, ainsi que pour votre orientation client. 

- Vous travaillez en équipe de manière collaborative et dynamique. 

- Une première expérience dans les énergies propres, l'hydrogène, les sciences des matériaux, ou une participation à des formations axées sur ces disciplines est fortement appréciée.

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais requise, le français est un atout.

Internal/external working relationships (type of interlocutors, nature of working relationships with these interlocutors)

- The Intern will be working directly with the Delphy team (primarily, Project director, Technical manager, Lead process engineer, Market manager, Delphy director, and occasionally business developers).

  • He/she will also interact with the Extended New Energies Teams, CCUS and Geothermal and with colleagues in R&D, for instance when analysing technical solutions.

Main activities and tasks

The intern will contribute to the technical development and operational roll-out of Delphy, contributing to specific studies (technological solutions, comparisons with alternatives) and development of project set-up (specifications for suppliers and partners, commissioning & start-up procedures…).

The exact topics to be addressed will be specified during the internship. An illustrative list of examples is provided here:

  • Assess potential adaptation of our design to other use cases (other fluids, other storage conditions).
  • Research and qualify existing solutions on the market for inspection and monitoring of pressure equipment. Evaluate suitability and adaptation to Delphy in specific environments.
  • Prepare specifications for several activities related to Delphy project such as geotechnical studies.
  • Construction: Prepare the test packs and construction methods: initiate all erection, assembly and construction procedures based on existing practices in the field and adapt them to Delphy.
  • Initiate all the commissioning procedures based on existing practices in the field and adapt it to Delphy
  • Support to project costing and scheduling, together with business development and technical teams.

The exact scope of the missions will be specified according to the progress of the projects on the various themes.

ASSIGNMENT

Actively contribute to the implementation of Vallourec roll-out strategy for Delphy, by assessing potential next developments, and supporting implementation of the solution in customer projects.

Skills and training required (linguistics, techniques, soft skills, etc.)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • You are proficient in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), advanced skills in information search tools.

  • Experience in Python programming, including the use of data analysis libraries (such as Pandas, NumPy) and mathematical libraries (such as SciPy, SymPy, etc.) that can support the automation of engineering calculations and procedures, and/or familiarity with Anaconda prompts environments, Spyder IDE, or similar tools, would be highly appreciated.

  • A prior internship experience with similar missions would be appreciated.

REQUIRED HUMAN QUALITIES

  • You are recognized for your sense of analysis and synthesis and your customer orientation.
  • You work in a team in a collaborative and dynamic way.
  • First experience in clean energy, hydrogen, material sciences, or participation in training focused on these disciplines are highly appreciated.

Our recruitment process:
The recruitment process consists of two steps:
