Nous recherchons un Team Lead Etude et chiffrage  pour rejoindre nos équipes et devenir le point de référence sur l'ensemble des sujets études et chiffrages au sein de PETRA, filiale travaux du groupe KYKA.

En tant que Team Lead Etude et chiffrage, sous la responsabilité du directeur des opérations, vous managez une équipe composée d'un métreur, ainsi qu'un stagiaire et un PFE. Vous êtes le contact privilégié de l'équipes sales sur la faisabilité des projets et faites le lien.

Missions principales :

  • Support et conseil aux différentes entités du groupe : être l'interlocuteur privilégié sur les questions techniques et accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption des solutions mises en place.
  • Vous encadrez une équipe de métreur, les faites monter en compétences et participez au développement de votre équipe suivant les besoins croissants de PETRA.
  • Challenger les moyens techniques existants (logiciels), ainsi que les solutions techniques proposées dans nos devis,
  • Etre en veille technique sur les produits actuels,  les nouvelles technologies et produits
  • Vous êtes force de proposition sur l'amélioration du process d'établissement des devis,
  • Vous préparer des dossiers techniques complets pour passation aux conducteurs de travaux

Vous avez l'esprit entrepreneurial, une forte capacité d'adaptation et souhaitez rejoindre une entreprise en pleine croissance. Si vous répondez en plus aux critères suivants, vous êtes au bon endroit :

  • Formation supérieure en bâtiment, type école d'ingénieur ou master universitaire.
  • 3 à 6 ans d'expérience en chiffrage, préparation d'appels d'offres.
  • Autonomie et sens des responsabilités : vous avancerez majoritairement seul sur les décisions et procédés techniques liés à votre mission.
  • Persévérance et orientation solutions : vous cherchez, testez et apprenez pour surmonter les défis et répondre aux besoins des équipes.
  • Maîtrise des technologies ProGBAT, Autocad,  Curiosité, envie d'apprendre, et capacité à proposer de nouvelles idées.

  • Esprit collaboratif et aisance relationnelle pour travailler avec des équipes variées des différentes entités du groupe.

  • Entretien téléphonique de pré qualification (15mins)

  • Entretien "Découverte" avec votre futur manager (1h)
  • Entretien "Validation Opérationnelle" avec votre futur N+2 ou un paire (1h)
  • Entretien "Projection" avec un autre manager ou un membre de la direction (1h)
