Licorne Society a été missionné par une startup en pleine croissance pour les aider à trouver leur Head of Product.

Contexte & Vision

Il s'agit d'une application mobile qui permet d'obtenir un numéro professionnel intelligent avec un assistant téléphonique IA conçu pour libérer les indépendants (agents immobiliers, indépendants, mandataires, solopreneurs, freelances, etc.) de leur charge mentale.

Notre mission : transformer chaque appel, message ou note en action concrète, sans effort.

Concrètement, elle capte automatiquement les échanges (appels, SMS, vocaux), les transcrit, les résume et enrichit automatiquement votre répertoire avec l'IA, et crée des rappels intelligents.

L'utilisateur reste concentré sur ce qui compte vraiment : l'humain, pendant que l'assistant travaille pour lui.

Le produit est actuellement en phase de pré-lancement après un fort engouement au Salon RENT (plus de 500 inscrits sur liste d'attente), premier salon de la prop

Vision 2026 : Faire l'assistant téléphonique IA des indépendants le plus utilisé en Europe. Nous souhaitons ouvrir aux US également.

Objectif du poste

Structurer la fonction produit et transformer la vision en un produit clair, fluide et centré sur l'utilisateur. Nous avons une approche Product Led Growth. Le produit fait partie intégrante de notre stratégie de vente et d'acquisition.

Cette personne sera le cerveau produit : elle priorise, simplifie et aligne l'équipe autour de la même boussole — la valeur utilisateur.

Enjeux à résoudre (6-12 mois)

  • Clarifier la roadmap produit et prioriser les développements.

  • Installer un process discovery → delivery → feedback simple et efficace.

  • Libérer le CEO/CTO des arbitrages quotidiens produits.

  • Structurer la mesure de l'usage et de la rétention.

  • Fluidifier la collaboration entre Tech, Marketing et Design.

  • Préparer la V2 IA proactive (résumé auto + relances intelligentes).

Missions principales

  • Construire et piloter la roadmap produit (priorisation, dépendances, livrables).

  • Conduire la user discovery et traduire les insights en décisions produit.

  • Coordonner les sprints avec le CTO et les devs (sans lourdeur agile).

  • Définir et suivre les KPI produits (activation, rétention, NPS, usage).

  • Animer les rituels produit : backlog, review, retro, feedback loops.

  • Travailler main dans la main avec le CMO sur la cohérence promesse expérience.

  • Porter la vision "moins d'effort, plus d'impact" dans chaque release.
