Le contexte

Nos clients (Grands Comptes) ont des écosystèmes complexes. Ta mission est d'assurer que notre solution s'y intègre parfaitement. Tu es un "problem solver" technique qui aime le contact client et qui n'a pas peur de mettre les mains dans le code pour que "ça marche".

Tes missions

  • Intégration & Customisation : Développer les connecteurs sur-mesure (API, Webhooks) pour interfacer notre solution avec le SI du client (CRM, outils de ticketing, bases de connaissances).

  • Configuration IA & RAG : Accompagner le client dans la configuration de ses assistants. Tu l'aideras à structurer ses données pour le RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) et à optimiser les prompts pour maximiser la pertinence des réponses.

  • Déploiement : Gérer l'installation de la solution dans les environnements clients (Cloud dédié ou On-premise) via Docker et Pulumi.

  • Feedback Loop : Tu es les yeux et les oreilles de l'équipe produit. Tu identifies les manques et les frictions lors des déploiements pour influencer la roadmap du produit.

  • Scripting & Backend : Python, Java (Spring Boot pour les connecteurs lourds)

  • Déploiement : Docker, Pulumi, Linux Shell

  • Protocoles : REST, SOAP, Oauth2

Ton profil

  • Tech & Polyvalent : Tu sais coder (idéalement Python ou Java) et tu es à l'aise avec les appels API, le format JSON et le debugging.

  • Sens du service : Tu aimes interagir avec des clients techniques (DSI) ou fonctionnels, comprendre leur besoin et leur apporter une solution.

  • Débrouillard : Tu sais naviguer dans des environnements contraints et trouver des solutions de contournement intelligentes.

  • Intérêt pour la GenAI : Tu as envie de devenir un expert de l'implémentation d'IA générative en entreprise (Prompt engineering, RAG tuning).
