En collaboration avec notre équipe juridique, vous participerez activement à la gestion des dossiers juridiques de PrestaShop et apporterez un soutien opérationnel sur l'ensemble des activités du service, notamment :

  • Préparation, négociation et rédaction de contrats avec les équipes commerciales ;

  • Rédaction et mise à jour des conditions contractuelles liées aux offres PrestaShop ;

  • Veille législative et réglementaire pour assurer la conformité de nos activités ;
  • Accompagnement sur la mise en conformité RGPD ;
  • Gestion du portefeuille de marques et de noms de domaine ;
  • Suivi et assistance dans les dossiers de précontentieux.
Requirements

Profil recherché :

  • Étudiant(e) en Master 2 de Droit (Droit des affaires, Droit des contrats ou équivalent) ;
  • Expériences préalables en stage dans un service juridique ou cabinet d'avocats appréciées ;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral ;
  • Curiosité, rigueur, organisation et sens du détail indispensables ;
