L'entreprise, fondée par des entrepreneurs à succès (Bankin', ), est soutenue par des VCs de renom et compte déjà des clients majeurs tels que Lacoste, Edenred, et JLL.
Ils recherchent leur premier SEO & AI Search (GEO) Strategist pour intégrer la "Founding Team". Votre rôle sera d'accompagner des clients prestigieux (Luxe, Retail, SaaS) dans leur transition vers le "Generative Engine Optimization" (GEO) et d'industrialiser une méthodologie de croissance inédite sur le marché.

Vos missions si vous les acceptez :
  • Prendre en charge l'onboarding et le conseil stratégique pour un portefeuille de clients Grands Comptes et Mid-market.
  • Réaliser des analyses poussées de visibilité au sein des LLMs (citations, sentiment, analyse de la concurrence).
  • Élaborer et exécuter des plans d'actions concrets : roadmaps de contenu, briefs opérationnels et optimisation technique.
  • Devenir un partenaire stratégique des directions marketing en vulgarisant les concepts complexes de l'IA Search.
  • Structurer la méthodologie interne et créer les playbooks qui définiront les standards du marché GEO.
  • Collaborer directement avec les fondateurs pour faire remonter les besoins terrain et influencer la roadmap du produit.
  • Participer activement à l'éducation du marché via des ateliers et des sessions de formation d'experts.
Exigences Et vous ?
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en SEO, idéalement en agence de premier plan ou dans des environnements à forte exécution.
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans la gestion de comptes stratégiques et complexes (Grands Groupes).
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils SEO standards et possédez une expertise technique "full stack" (audit, sémantique, netlinking).
  • Vous avez une forte appétence pour l'IA générative et comprenez comment elle transforme la découverte d'informations en ligne.
  • Vous disposez d'un excellent relationnel, capable de challenger et de guider des interlocuteurs de haut niveau (C-Level).
  • Vous parlez et écrivez couramment l'anglais et le français.
  • Vous avez l'esprit entrepreneurial et l'envie de construire les fondations d'une future référence mondiale.
