Description & Requirements

As a Software Engineer Intern within the Anael Development team in France, you will contribute to real product development activities while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, international environment. Reporting to the Anael Development Department, you will work closely with the Anael HR Development team, as well as Engineers, Architects, and Support teams, to develop and enhance core software functionalities.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 6-week full-time internship
  • Location: Rouen (Seine-Maritime, France) or remote
  • Reporting Line: Product Development Manager
    Key Project: Development of a utility to export data in XML format

A Day in the Life Typically Includes

  • Developing new functionality
  • Maintaining and improving existing functionality
  • Testing and validating code changes
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation
    Collaborating closely with Software Engineers and Architects

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Windows Server operating systems
  • Knowledge of SQL and databases (SQL Server, DB2 for i)
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio 2022
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment

Required Technical Skills

  • C# for .NET development
  • Transact-SQL (T-SQL)
