Contexte de la mission

Entreprise en forte croissance, basée à Paris, recherche un(e) HR Operations / HROps senior en freelance pour renforcer son équipe RH France dans un contexte de fort volume d'activité et d'absences temporaires au sein de l'équipe.

L'entreprise a connu une croissance très rapide, passant d'environ 100 collaborateurs à plus de 450 salariés au siège en quelques années. Cette dynamique de croissance génère des volumes importants d'opérations RH et nécessite un renfort immédiatement opérationnel.

La mission concerne exclusivement le périmètre France – population siège.

Objectifs de la mission

  • Assurer la continuité et la fiabilité des opérations RH (ADP & support paie)
  • Apporter un renfort opérationnel rapidement autonome
  • Garantir une expérience collaborateur fluide et qualitative dans un environnement exigeant et bienveillant

Responsabilités principales

Administration du personnel (HR Ops)

  • Gestion des onboardings et offboardings (contrats, promesses d'embauche, avenants, soldes de tout compte)
  • Suivi et collecte des documents administratifs collaborateurs
  • Préparation des arrivées (matériel, badges, réunions d'information, accès outils)
  • Gestion des demandes collaborateurs (1er niveau de contact RH)
  • Suivi et mise à jour des dossiers salariés
  • Participation à des sujets transverses et de reporting RH

Support paie (paie semi-externalisée)

  • Saisie et contrôle des variables de paie
  • Création des nouveaux collaborateurs dans l'outil de paie
  • Contrôle des bulletins (cotisations, statuts, paramétrage)
  • Interface avec le prestataire de paie
  • Capacité à challenger le paramétrage et détecter les anomalies

Outils & amélioration continue

  • Utilisation et amélioration du SIRH Workday (accompagnement des utilisateurs, cleaning data, adoption)
  • Utilisation d'outils de gestion contractuelle (DocuSign, Concord)
  • Environnement Google Workspace

Profil recherché

  • Profil senior, rapidement opérationnel et autonome
  • Expérience significative en HR Operations / Administration du personnel
  • Expérience soit dans le secteur retail, soit dans des entreprises tech / scale-up en forte croissance
  • Bonne culture paie
  • Sens aigu du service collaborateur, rigueur et fiabilité
  • Proactivité, curiosité, capacité à aller chercher l'information
  • Une expérience avec Workday et/ou Nibelis
