As TAV Operation Services, we are proud to be a leading global operator in the non-aeronautical airport services sector. With a presence in 42 airports across 20 countries, we manage nearly 70 luxurious lounges worldwide, offering an exceptional range of premium services tailored for discerning travelers. We're on the lookout for an Accounting Specialist
to join our dynamic Paris Lounge Network team.

Purpose of Role

To create accounting records in line with generally accepted accounting principles, tax laws and company procedures in order to ensure that all financial reports of TAV Operation Services are prepared on time and without errors.

Responsibilities

  • To carry out accounting records and period closing transactions in a timely and error-free manner, in accordance with the calendar determined by the Financial Affairs Directorate.
  • To carry out cash flow collection with customers.
  • To prepare supplier's badge of payments.
  • Creating records in accordance with the procedures determined for ERP applications in order to obtain analyzable data in a short time.
  • To follow current legislation in order to adapt changes in legislation to accounting records in a timely manner.
  • Classifying and archiving, taking into account the relevant legislation provisions, in order to access all required documents in a timely and complete manner.
  • Ensuring that reports requested from within and outside the company are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Take necessary actions for the implementation of processes within the scope of the strategy, participate in training, and comply with company procedures in line with sustainable and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A total of at least 2 years of total and functionally similar experience
  • Experience in Accounting & Corporate finance related tasks, and relationship management with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Native in French / Professional proficiency in English written and spoken
  • Experienced in MS Office applications, ERP applications (preferably Oracle/SAP/SAGE/CEGID will be a plus)
