Within the eMobility team, the Global marketing team is looking for its new Business Intelligence Analyst.

Reporting directly to the Business Intelligence Manager, the intern will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Business Intelligence Manager in all her/his tasks which participate to the construction of the eMobility strategy. The tasks are as diverse as:

    2. Market watch\: follow up the market news on a daily basis\: competition movements (mergers & acquisitions, launches, partnerships, geographical expansion, new organization, etc…), new technologies, regulations, public incentives and build reports to present the news to the rest of the eMobility team.
    3. Competition analysis\: follow up and build analysis on Schneider Electric direct competitors (financial & business performance).
    4. Database\: build and update different databases (database on the size of the market, database regarding the car manufacturers, etc..) and use those databases to perform analysis.
    5. Studies\: conduct deep dives on different topics by using internal materials & databases, either by working with external companies (consulting companies).

The position requires to be in contact with the different members of the eMobility team (Marketing, R&D, Sales, Operations) and with other Schneider Electric teams. It is also a position that can be exposed to management as there are several presentations throughout the internship/apprenticeship to the rest of the team, including senior members.

Core competencies needed for the internship

- Business School profile/Engineering school profile with high interest in the eMobility industry.

- High analytical skills.

- Fluent in English.

- Excellent communication skills (speaking & writing) and willing to work with others.

- Mastery of the Microsoft Pack Office, especially Excel and Power Point.

- Proactive and searching for the best solution.

- Thinking outside the box is a must.

- Resilient and passionate as results can take time to be visible.

Location: Grenoble or Rueil Malmaison
