As the HR Generalist at HIKVISION France, you will be a strategic partner to the business, going beyond core operations to shape our people strategy. You will be at the heart of building and running a HR function that directly impact our team's health, growth, and success in the region. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our people practices are not only efficient and compliant but also truly engaging and supportive of our business ambitions.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with business leaders to identify people-related projects or potential and provide professional support in the design and execution of HR related strategy.
  • Study and deeply understand the supported business and organization/team health, and evaluate the HR need from the organization and team perspective.
  • Work together closely with HR HQ departments, to optimize the EU HR management and to implement HQ projects.

People Operations

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment projects
  • Own and execute payroll process
  • Lead the performance management cycle, including reviews, probation, and development plans
  • Facilitate international mobility
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives

Labor Law & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and HR policies across France.
  • Manage social dialogue and maintain a constructive relationship with employee representatives and unions.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing dedicated advisory support on conflict resolution, grievances, and conduct.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment through impactful events, open communications, and other programs.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven practical experience in the entire process and all modules of local HR.
  • In-depth knowledge of French labor law and proven experience in ensuring legal compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with high cultural awareness and ethics.
  • Fluent in French and English.
