You join VEGA IS as a Human Resources Officer to support the HRD on various HR topics from January 2026.
On a daily basis, your duties are to:
- Assist the HRD in the planning and implementation of upcoming HR projects:
- Perform HR campaign tracking with reporting fulfillment and HR campaign tracking including annual performance reviews, raises, goal setting and KPI tracking;
- Collaborate with the operational management to identify recruitment needs and participate in the recruitment process, notably by drafting announcements and organizing interviews;
- Update the HR databases and manage employee arrivals, departures, and mobility;
- Oversee the onboarding process of new employees and forward payroll information to Administrative Management/Payroll.
These assignments are not exhaustive and may evolve based on your skills and the needs of the team.

With a higher education in Human Resources or business school, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
You master:
- HR project management;
- Recruitment and talent management techniques;
- The administrative management of human resources;
- The HR tools of Groupe BPCE (TGRH, HR One, Tableau, TPRH, etc;
- The Office Pack and in particular Excel with pivot tables.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:
- Autonomous, rigorous and versatile;
- Recognized for your writing and communication skills;
- Motivated by teamwork.
You master English with a B2 level.
