HUMAN RESOURCES CLUSTER LEAD

RECRUITMENT CONTEXT ET CHALLENGES

The Group is a leading international player with a long-standing entrepreneurial history dating back to the 15th century in Central Europe. This longevity is rooted in a continuous ability to transform, innovate and grow sustainably, while relying on strong and enduring foundations.

Following an initial phase of industrialization at the beginning of the 20th century, the company experienced renewed growth from the 1950s onwards, driven by an ambitious strategic vision and targeted investments in high value-added solutions. As early as the 1960s, the Group structured an integrated model combining innovation, industrial excellence and commercial deployment, enabling it to establish itself within a few decades as a global benchmark.

From the 1980s onwards, the Group accelerated its international expansion, with successive establishments in Europe, North America and subsequently across all continents. Today, it benefits from an extensive global presence, several thousand operational sites and a network of approximately 40 production facilities covering its entire value chain.

The Group's mission is deeply marked by strong societal purpose, delivering essential products and services with a direct and measurable impact on the quality of life of hundreds of thousands of beneficiaries worldwide.

In France, the subsidiary, founded in the late 1990s, has become a structured and mature organization built around two complementary activities — services and industrial/commercial — enabling it to offer a comprehensive, integrated and consistent approach to its partners and end users.

Joining this Group means becoming part of a stable, international organization, evolving in a structured yet constantly transforming environment, and contributing to projects that combine innovation, operational excellence and human commitment.
