, the organization manages over €1B annually to support artistic creation and its ecosystem.

As part of a major IT modernization and the redesign of core systems, a
high-visibility and strategic leadership role
is being created. This position contributes directly to the transformation of foundational IT components and to the daily experience of thousands of users.

Mission

The mission is to take ownership of a critical IT domain:
Master Data and Reference Solutions
, ensuring consistency, reliability, and integration across the entire Information System.

The role covers the management of multidisciplinary teams, including:

  • Product Owners & Product Managers
  • Agile development squads
  • Tech Lead Manager
  • System Architect

The objective is to
define and drive the strategy, governance, and modernization of reference data
, while maintaining high standards of technical excellence, architectural coherence, and business value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and align product, engineering, and architecture teams
    to ensure effective collaboration, skill development, and delivery excellence across projects.
  • Define Master Data strategy
    and oversee reference platforms, ensuring high-quality, interoperable data that supports business needs and API-based consumption.
  • Modernize architectures
    through API-driven design, microservices, and Cloud solutions (Azure/GCP), maintaining alignment with enterprise standards and innovation best practices.
  • Align product roadmaps with business priorities
    while managing portfolio performance, budgets, KPIs, and value delivery.
  • Serve as the primary IT-business interface
    , fostering strong collaboration, translating business requirements into actionable product decisions, and driving value creation.
