What You Will Bring:

- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM, Hyper-V) and specifically with OpenShift Virtualization.
- Deep familiarity with OpenShift architectures, APIs, operators, and cluster operations.

- Strong customer-facing skills: ability to grow relationships, foster trust, and communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Commitment to pursue relevant Red Hat certifications (e.g., RHCE, OpenShift Administration, OpenShift Virtualization).
- Collaborative mindset, able to work across internal (Red Hat) and external (customer, integrators, partners) teams.
- Quick learner, self-starter, and ability to adapt to evolving technologies and environments.
- Strong time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Ability to articulate how Red Hat's virtualization and hybrid cloud product portfolio maps to the customer's strategic use cases.
