Contexte :

Dans le cadre d'une création de poste,
vous avez pour objectif principal d'être le responsable de l'évaluation, de la gestion et de la réalisation d'opportunités d'investissement sur différents marchés et classes d'actifs.

Vos missions :

Directement rattaché(e) au
Investment Director
et au sein d'une
équipe de 5 personnes
, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :

  • Analyser et valoriser des portefeuilles de prêts
    PL / NPL
    sur différents marchés et classes d'actifs
  • Développer une compréhension approfondie des portefeuilles proposés à la vente (structure, performance, risques, hypothèses)
  • Réaliser de manière autonome des valorisations complexes et des modèles financiers détaillés
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les
    Senior Investment Managers
    et les
    Investment Directors
    dans la préparation des dossiers d'investissement
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la présentation des
    business cases
    destinés aux
    Investment Committees
  • Présenter les éléments clés des transactions et analyses financières à la direction et aux parties prenantes seniors
  • Mener des études de marché et analyses sectorielles afin d'identifier les tendances, opportunités et risques
  • Exploiter et analyser de grands volumes de données à l'aide d'outils analytiques et de programmation
  • Collaborer avec les équipes locales et européennes afin d'assurer une approche coordonnée et intégrée des transactions
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus d'analyse, de valorisation et de reporting

Ce poste est fait pour vous si :

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une
    grande école
    ou d'une formation supérieure de premier plan en mathématiques, finance ou ingénierie.
  • Vous justifiez
    de 2 à 4 ans d'expérience
    sur des fonctions similaires dans le secteur financier.
  • Vous avez une forte appétence quantitative et des compétences avérées en
    analyse et modélisation.
  • Vous disposez
    impérativement
    d'une
    connaissance approfondie des NPL
  • Vous avez une bonne
    maitrise courante de l'anglais
    à l'oral.
  • Vous maitrisez le pack office ainsi qu'un
    logiciel de programmation
    (Python, SQL, R,...).
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d'excellentes
    capacités de communication écrite et orale
    afin d'interagir avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
