L'accélération de la facturation électronique et l'évolution du cadre réglementaire nécessitent une expertise approfondie pour accompagner nos équipes et nos partenaires. Nous recherchons un expert technique et fonctionnel passionné, pour accompagner le déploiement et la croissance sur l'ensemble des solutions de Sage.

Le poste est intégré au pôle Digital & Sage Network Southern Europe. Il assurera un rôle transverse entre les services pour construire, publier et maintenir les différents matériaux nécessaires à la pénétration de l'offre Sage sur le marché. Référent technique et fonctionnel sur les sujets de factures électroniques, il assurera aussi l'unicité et le partage des connaissances.

Ce poste est à pouvoir à La Garenne Colombes ou à Bordeaux, avec une organisation de travail hybride (3 jours bureau / 2 jours à distance)

Vos missions :

  • Collaboration avec les équipes Product Marketing, Marketing, Product Management, Sales, et Sales Enablement pour valider que les contenus respectent la proposition de valeur de Sage, les dernières fonctionnalités et nos positionnements.
  • Formalisation des processus internes et mise en place des plans de montées en compétences sur les nouveaux sujets liés à la facture électronique.
  • Mise en place du suivi et des boucles d'améliorations continus pour assurer l'efficacité de la stratégie Facture électronique de Sage au sein des équipes internes.
  • Construction et maintien des KPIs et informations internes nécessaires au pilotage transverses multi-BU
  • Formation & évangélisation : contribution aux contenus pédagogiques, tutoriels, newsletters, événements internes et externes.
  • Support aux ventes : accompagnement des commerciaux et partenaires en tant qu'expert(e) métier
  • référents fonctionnels, soutenances, animation de rendez-vous stratégiques. La connaissance du métier d'expert-comptable est un plus.

Responsabilités principales
Compétences attendues :

Nous recherchons un Content Manager avec une forte expertise concernant la réforme Facture électronique dans un environnement éditeur P2P/O2C. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre approche pédagogique, votre capacité à influencer et votre aisance relationnelle.

  • Excellente connaissance du marché de la dématérialisation et de la réforme fiscale.
  • Capacité de coordination avec différents métiers (Ventes, Product management, marketing), écoute et force de proposition
  • Rigueur dans l'organisation, de manière à cadencer et coordonner différents services
  • Pédagogie et capacité à concevoir des outils impactant pour structurer les transmissions de compétences internes et renforcer les différents processus internes
  • Excellence dans la communication interne et externe
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais pour évoluer dans un environnement international.
