What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Content Manager to design and execute our global content strategy across our Parent App, website, and social media channels.

You will be both the architect and the hands-on maker of our editorial ecosystem.

Your mission: build a high-quality, science-backed, playful content engine that informs, delights, and engages families, while managing a small network of creatives and freelancers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement our content strategy across app, website, and social platforms.
  • Write and publish both expert content (child development, pedagogy, cognition, play) and highly creative, humorous, slightly offbeat pieces that make parents smile, think, and engage with our brand.
  • Produce and oversee daily content: app copy, blog articles, newsletters, social formats.
  • When needed, brief freelance creatives (design, motion, CM) to deliver assets.
  • Develop and safeguard a consistent editorial tone that reflects our voice: conniving, bright, curious, joyful — with a touch of impertinence and creative courage.
  • Launch and manage our social media platforms with a taste for experimentation and formats that break the mold.
  • Track content performance and ensure brand coherence across all touchpoints, while continually pushing boundaries.

Profile

  • 5–8+ years of experience in content management, editorial, or brand content.
  • Outstanding writing skills, with the ability to switch between expert tone and playful, surprising, "unexpected" content.
  • A truly creative mind: someone who likes to invent new formats, twist conventions, and bring a distinctive voice into everything they write.
  • Experience in the children's sector, education, parenting, or family-oriented brands is a plus.
  • Super hands-on, imaginative, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple content streams.
  • Capable of leading freelancers while remaining deeply operational.
  • Ability to balance pedagogical rigor with humor, imagination, and narrative playfulness.
  • Reports directly to the Head of Brand & Communication.
